GZVIA is an engineer-led manufacturer of connected vehicle and industrial IoT solutions. We design and build tire pressure monitoring systems — from standalone units to CAN-bus networked editions with 4G cloud telemetry — as well as wireless sensing products for fleet operators, heavy equipment OEMs and industrial integrators.
Our in-house hardware and embedded software teams deliver custom firmware, protocol adaptation and remote monitoring — from sensor to cloud — in OEM or ODM models.

- Certification is included as a workstream in OEM/ODM programmes, from test scoping to report handover

How we work with you
- Scope — vehicle type, wheel count, interfaces, environment, target price.
- Proposal — configuration, wiring plan, sensor count, unit price and lead time.
- Sample — bench and on-machine evaluation, with engineering support.
- Production — scheduled delivery; payment commonly 30 % deposit / 70 % before shipment.

Every unit passes in-house testing before shipment — 100% pressure calibration, immersion, RF range, full wheel-count simulation and burn-in.
